Starlink throttles Philippine users reselling residential service as 'piso WiFi'

Starlink reportedly emailed Philippine customers who resold residential connections as low-cost piso WiFi that their speeds would be reduced for the rest of the billing cycle. The report also noted capacity waitlists and costs of about 1.75 times average monthly income.
