Congo regulator seizes unauthorised Starlink equipment at forestry site

Congo's ARPCE and national police seized Starlink equipment installed without authorisation at a forestry site near Sembé, imported by a Chinese company. The regulator said the installation was illegal and the equipment was not type-approved.
