ICASA investigates alleged unauthorised Starlink services; minister backs probe

After the MK Party alleged in Parliament that Starlink services were provided through an entity called ICASAsePUSH, ICASA confirmed an investigation and deployed inspection teams. Minister Malatsi backed the probe. Possible outcomes include fines or a ban.
